Mermida Kft.

Mermida Kft. designs, builds and operates business software: complex web portals, partner and commission management systems, AI agents and mobile apps. We always start from your existing processes and stay with the system from requirements through go-live to long-term operation.

We work as a small team with short decision paths. The person who assesses your needs is the one who designs and builds the system, so you talk directly to whoever writes the code. Gábor Takács, Managing Director of Mermida Kft., has more than fifteen years of full-stack experience designing, building and operating business-critical systems – from requirements through go-live to further development. He understands the whole stack from the PHP/MySQL backend to the frontend; new projects are built on Laravel, Node.js and Tailwind CSS.

He does not just work through tickets: he understands the business process, makes proposals and takes responsibility for how the system evolves and for data security. He prefers working in small teams with fast decisions and direct contact with decision-makers.
