Which AI does it use, and what does it cost?
Leading language models with business access that rules out using your data for model training. The AI provider fee depends on usage and is billed separately and itemised; the expected amount is included in the operating plan.
How much does my team need to “understand” AI?
Not at all. They can talk to the assistant in plain, everyday language, and we train everyone during the on-site go-live.
How long does it take to pay off?
It depends on the processes that can be handed over; in most cases it is measured in months, not years. The estimate for your company is part of the operating plan.
What if we want to expand later?
The assistant grows with your company: new processes, departments and integrations can be added at any time from the operation hours or under a separate quote.
What happens to our data if we end the partnership?
We hand over all your data and documentation in a structured, exportable format, and then verifiably delete it from our systems.
