The situation
CRMs, online shops and ERPs are built around the inside of one company. Real trade, however, happens in a chain: every level is a different company with its own prices, margins and responsibilities – something typical software cannot model.
The solution
One platform that models the entire trade chain: network owner, distributor, reseller, sales agent and end customer – each with their own prices, margins, warehouse and team.
- Chain ordering: the system finds the nearest stock and ships from there
- A commission engine with five commission types and automatic periodic settlement
- Marketplace, warehouse with serial tracking, lead protection, training and exams, SLA tickets, newsletters, a document vault and a customer portal
- Shop and warehouse APIs, invoicing and payment integrations

8 languages · 12 currencies · 96 permissions · around 1,980 automated tests – one system for the whole network, with a 30-day trial environment.
